What AptiStockX does not do

  • It does not connect to your broker or place trades.
  • It is not a cloud workspace or account platform.
  • It is charting software, not a market-data vendor or data reseller.
  • It does not guarantee market-data accuracy, completeness, split/dividend adjustment quality, symbol coverage, or delay time.
  • It does not promise real-time data unless a named provider genuinely supplies it for your account and subscription tier.
  • It does not bundle a professional real-time market data feed.
  • It does not control provider outages, API quotas, rate limits, entitlement changes, exchange policies, or provider terms.
  • It does not turn indicators, line studies, chart patterns, or alerts into buy/sell recommendations.
  • It does not present AI output as financial advice, investment advice, or a trading signal.
  • It does not guarantee that AI explanations are complete or correct; users must verify AI output against the chart and their own research.
  • It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, broker, or investment-adviser services.
Detailed disclaimers

Use AptiStockX as a research tool.

Market data

All provider data can be delayed, corrected, missing, differently adjusted, or temporarily unavailable. Verify important price, volume, corporate-action, and fundamental data directly with the provider, exchange, broker, or another authoritative source.

Technical analysis

Indicators and line studies are visual and mathematical tools. Moving averages, MACD, Fibonacci studies, Gann studies, trend lines, channels, and chart patterns do not guarantee future price movement and are not buy/sell suggestions.

AI Assistant

The AI Assistant may connect to OpenAI-compatible cloud or local providers depending on your settings. Cloud use can send symbol and structured chart context when allowed. AI explanations are educational only and may be incomplete, stale, or wrong.

User responsibility

You are responsible for provider credentials, provider subscriptions, API limits, data rights, trading decisions, risk management, and checking whether any data source is appropriate for your intended use.

For supported provider setup and provider-specific links, see Data Providers.
