Effective June 7, 2026. AptiStock LLC offers the following refund policy for AptiStockX Pro purchases made directly through aptistock.com.
30-day no-questions-asked refund
You may request a full refund of a Direct Pro purchase within 30 calendar days after the purchase date. No explanation or troubleshooting session is required. This policy applies to Direct Pro purchases processed through the Stripe or PayPal checkout on aptistock.com.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the purchase email address and include the Stripe or PayPal order or transaction ID when available. AptiStock LLC may ask for limited additional information needed to locate the payment and verify that the requester controls the purchase. Do not send a full payment-card number, card security code, or payment-account password.
AptiStock LLC will submit an eligible refund to the original payment method as promptly as practical after verification. The payment processor and your bank control when the credit appears. A refund cannot be sent to a different payment method or person.
Effect on the Pro license
After a refund is confirmed, the associated Pro license is marked refunded and its active device records are deactivated. AptiStockX disables that Pro entitlement on the next successful online validation and falls back to Basic where possible. The refund process does not intentionally delete local chart files, downloaded data, watchlists, workspaces, drawings, custom indicators, or settings.
Store purchases
Purchases made through the Microsoft Store, Mac App Store, or another application store must be refunded through that store and are governed by the store's refund policy. AptiStock LLC cannot issue or override a store refund.
After 30 days, duplicate charges, and disputes
After the 30-day Direct refund period, refunds are not ordinarily available except where required by applicable law. Contact support promptly about duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly processed charges so AptiStock LLC can investigate. A confirmed payment reversal or chargeback disables the associated Pro license in the same manner as a refund.
