7-Day Pro Trial
Install AptiStockX, start the Pro Trial from the Help menu, verify your email, and test Pro workflows for seven days. Need more time? Ask support for a short extension.

AptiStockX includes a signed 7-day Pro Trial flow. Install AptiStockX, then choose Help > Start 7-Day Pro Trial. The app sends a verification code to your email, then activates one trial for that email and computer. If seven days is not enough, email support with your customer ID and email address to request a 3-7 day extension.
The trial starts in AptiStockX, not in the browser.
This matches the current app: the website explains the flow, then sends users to the same free app download used for Basic, Pro Trial, and Pro.
- Download and install AptiStockX.
- Open the app and choose Help > Start 7-Day Pro Trial.
- Enter your email and send the verification code.
- Enter the six-digit code and confirm that this starts one trial for this email and computer.
- AptiStockX installs the signed Pro Trial license and shows the trial end date.
- If the trial ends before you finish testing, email [email protected] with your customer ID and email address to request a 3-7 day extension.
Trial rules
- Trial length is seven days.
- Trial is one-time per email and computer/device fingerprint.
- The signed trial works locally until its trial end date.
- Expired trials automatically downgrade to Basic.
- Pro-only layouts, indicators, studies, and settings are preserved after expiration.
- Support can extend the trial license another 3-7 days after you email your customer ID and email address.
- Buying Pro keeps the workflow without the trial expiration.
Request a short Pro Trial extension
After the first seven days, send your customer ID and email address to [email protected]. Approved extensions add another 3-7 days.
Use the trial to test the workflows that matter.
Focus on the Pro capabilities that are hardest to judge from screenshots: multi-monitor layouts, expanded workspaces, advanced drawing studies, custom indicator workflows, and AI chart review.
